1General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jitgo platform and all its services. By accessing the jitgo website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

jitgo provides services to Bangladeshi players as an online casino and betting platform. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Bangladeshi law, and in the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Applicability of the Terms

These Terms apply to the jitgo website, mobile platform, and all games, betting services, and financial transactions under it. jitgo's privacy policy and responsible gambling policy are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the jitgo platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For ages 21 and above only").
• You must register on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You must not reside in an area where online gambling is completely prohibited.
• You must not have been previously permanently banned from jitgo.

2.1 Age Verification

jitgo is committed to protecting minors from gambling. We may request official documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure, and all earned balances may be forfeited.

3Account Registration and Security

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms. If your information changes, please notify the jitgo support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security

4Account Verification (KYC)

jitgo operates a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process to ensure the security of financial transactions and prevent fraud.

4.1 Required Documents

We may request the following documents:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4.2 If Verification Is Not Completed

jitgo reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is completed. Refusal to submit the required documents may result in account closure.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jitgo currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these three are currently accepted.

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5.3 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a valid payment source registered in your own name. Deposits on behalf of third parties are not accepted. jitgo does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

5.4 Withdrawal Policy

Before submitting a withdrawal request, your account must have sufficient balance and all applicable wagering requirements must be met. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jitgo provides promotional offers from time to time. These Terms apply to all bonuses.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳8,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for betting.
• jitgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

7Betting Rules and Gaming Regulations

All betting and gaming activities on jitgo are governed by these rules.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• jitgo reserves the right to void any bet or game result caused by a technical error.
• For sports betting, payment settlement is made after the official result is published.

7.2 Game Provider Rules

jitgo offers games from multiple established game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. Each game is governed by its own rules, which can be found within the game.

7.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Available markets and odds may change from time to time. jitgo does not guarantee the outcome of any match.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Playing games or placing bets through fraud, manipulation, or any other dishonest means.
• Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access.
• Attempting to hack another user's account.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error or bug.
• Conducting transactions through or on behalf of a third party.

8.1 Investigation and Action

If jitgo suspects any prohibited activity, the account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. If guilt is established in the investigation, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

9Intellectual Property Rights

The logo, design, software, content, graphics, and other elements of the jitgo platform are the intellectual property of jitgo and are protected by applicable copyright law.

9.1 Permission to Use

You are granted a limited, revocable permission to use this platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without jitgo's written permission is prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

jitgo accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• Technical errors by third-party game providers.
• Loss resulting from sharing your own account information with others.
• Any loss caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) or server outages.
• Financial loss resulting from gambling — every betting decision is entirely your own responsibility.

10.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect or impossible bonus or winnings amount to be displayed, jitgo reserves the right to amend or void that amount.

11Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at Your Own Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. The process of withdrawing any available balance must be completed before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure by jitgo

jitgo may close or suspend an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gambling policy.

11.3 Balance During Suspension

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, jitgo reserves the right to hold the balance until verification is completed.

12Changes, Amendments, and Contact
